Hostas are a beautiful perennial plant with large, thick leaves that will add dimension to your space. They look great lining a pathway or in a garden bed.
SHADE PLANTS: 'Golden Tiara' is a compact hosta known for its attractive foliage and vibrant colors. It forms a mound of medium green leaves with irregular chartreuse to golden yellow margins, which can transition to a cream shade over time. It also produces light to deep purple, funnel-shaped flowers on 24-inch scapes in midsummer.
GROWTH: Golden Tiara hosta will grow to be about 12 inches tall at maturity extending to 18 inches tall with the flowers, with a spread of 24 inches.
CARE: All hostas need some shade and few, if any, will do well in strong direct sunlight. Water regularly. They will fully mature in four to eight years. For the best care of hostas, plant them in rich organic soil with a slightly acidic pH.
