How to plant & care for Daffodil

WATER:

Water your daffodils regularly when planting and then for about three weeks after they bloom. You don't need to water them again after they bloom until the Fall.

EXPOSURE:

Daffodils bloom best when planted in a spot that gets at least six hours of full sun!

PRUNING:

When pruning daffodils, don't touch the leaves unless they have turned yellow. The leaves play a prominent role in growing next years flowers. Prune the flowers whenever you think necessary.

PROPAGATION:

Daffodils will naturally proogate year after year as they spread.

FERTILIZER:

To fertilize, pour a gentle liquid fertilizer mixed with water around the bulb area in early Spring.
