How to plant & care for Hyacinth

WATER:

Water your hyacinths thoroughly when planting and then again, only when there is a lack of rainfall.

EXPOSURE:

Hyacinths beautiful blooms are the most vibrant when placed in a spot that get at least four hours of full sun.

PRUNING:

When pruning, don't remove the leaves as they play a prominent role in growing next years flowers. Once flowering season is over, prune right above the bulb.

PROPAGATION:

Remove smaller bulbs that grow at the base of the hyacinth and plant them in your desire location.

FERTILIZER:

Fertilize with bulb food when leaves start to show and add compost to the soil once your hyacinth blooms.
