How do I get a refund for my order?

Contact us at info@deeprootsplants.com with your order number and a photo of your order within 7 days of receiving it. If we determine the plants are not up to our standards, we will issue you a refund.

Can I get a replacement for my order if it arrives unhealthy/dead?

While all of our plants are greenhouse grown and look just like the images of them upon shipping, they are shipped in boxes and we have no control over how they are handled during transit. We understand there will be times when they arrive differently than how we packaged and shipped them. We do not send replacements but if you email your order number and a photo of your plants to info@deeprootsplants.com within 7 days of receiving it, we will review it and if the plants are not up to our standards, we will issue you a refund. If you choose, you can use the refund to repurchase the plants.
