Hostas are a beautiful perennial plant with large, thick leaves that will add dimension to your space. They look great lining a pathway or in a garden bed.
SHADE PLANTS: "Blue Mouse Ears" hosta is a miniature hosta known for its small, rounded, blue-green leaves that resemble mouse ears. It forms a dense, low-growing mound and produces lavender flowers in mid-summer.
GROWTH: Blue Mouse hosta likes to be grown in part to full shade, and stands 8 inches tall, and 12 inches wide.
CARE: All hostas need some shade and few, if any, will do well in strong direct sunlight. Water regularly. They will fully mature in four to eight years. For the best care of hostas, plant them in rich organic soil with a slightly acidic pH.
