STRESS RELIEF: Lemon balm is known as the anti-stress/anxiety herb, Lavender is known for aiding in sleep and Mint aids in supporting the immune system.

CARE: The best watering technique for this combo is to use a tray to hold the water while the pot sits for about 20 min, this will allow the plants to absorb the appropriate level needed.

GROWTH: All of the plants in this combo love the sunshine. The Lavender will grow at a slower pace than the Mint and the Lemon Balm and will need their own separate pots in the future.
